My love of drawing began early, and it was always buildings that drew my attention. While studying A-level Art at school, I spent hours sketching in Williamson Park in Lancaster, captivated by the Ashton Memorial. That early curiosity naturally evolved into a career in architecture, and I am now a RIBA Chartered Architect, specialising in the design of bespoke private homes for clients.

I began sketching and painting for relaxation during a recent holiday, and have slowly been refining my watercolour skills ever since!

I am based in Timperley and enjoy painting and drawing buildings in my local area. Its often the way the light falls on a building that catches my eye at the most unexpected times, so I usually take a quick refernce photo while I'm out that I can draw later. I also paint a lot on holiday, so many of my prints are from destinations I have visited on my travels.
